Mark is an experienced leader who has worked in a blue chip organisations in the UK and internationally, including ABF, Shell, Unilever and Philips. He has operated in a number of senior leadership roles across a variety of functions. Most recent roles have included Head of Sales Channels, and Director of Sales for different businesses in ABF, both roles involving significant organisation leadership, change and renewal. Mark also has wide experience leading international teams for Shell, as Head of Retail and Category Marketing, and Global Category Strategy.
As well as commercial leadership roles, Mark has worked in Europe as part of a Six-Sigma process improvement organisation within Philips. and a private MBO in the UK, and has early career experience in FMCG field sales and national Account management.
Having worked in a variety of different sectors and businesses, Mark has a passionate belief that the standout feature of great organisations is the cohesive nature of teams, driven by effective leaders.
Mark is a Licensed Practitioner of Insights, Associate of ITZ and an experienced coach.
Mark has also operated as an expert witness and is a Mentor for Entrepreneurial-spark.
